Having gained all the relevant information about a candidate, we will make a proactive approach on a confidential basis to key decision-makers in your market. The reason we do this is most positions are unadvertised, so we speak to the right people to find where there is an opportunity now or in the future. This is the best route for a candidate as roles can also be created if your experience can benefit the company long-term. We cannot assist every candidate with the proactive approach and therefore ask for commitment from the candidate if this route is taken.
REACTIVE
Having gained a thorough understanding of a candidate, we can then assess their experience against opportunities that arise in the future. This route is more beneficial for candidates that have no urgency to leave their current employer. We can inform you of opportunities in your market so that you are up to date with any movement in your sector.
